Help needed planting trees for the birds at Lee Metcalf National Wildlife Refuge in Stevensville. We have over 1,000 tree and shrub seedlings to put into the ground before freeze up. Join others in the community and help improve your national wildlife refuge! We will have a planting day on Sat. Nov 5th from 10-3. Call us first, bring a lunch, water, gloves, trowels and dress for any weather. Appropriate for groups of older kids & adults. (If your group can help on a weekday afternoon – call us to schedule.)
